Exceptional

Nice, peaceful place, awesome garden, clean swimming pool. The family room was spacious, spotless, good beds. Wi-Fi working quite well. Breakfast was tasty, fresh fruits, nice baguettes. The staff is super - helpful, willingness to arrange trips, book tickets, recommend restaurant, both manager ladies are friendly but not pushy, we felt welcome and like home, happy to extent our stay for one more night

We had a wonderful stay here. Kim and Rose were amazing hosts and we would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and Rose usually helped us with tours and introduced us to local specialities afterwards. The rooms were very clean, bathroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Kim was also an amazing host who was always willing to help us out with anything we needed at any time.

Amazing, definitely coming back

Absolutely everything, the staff were lovely and very helpful, as soon as we got there we sat with the lady who runs the villa for about 30 before we could check in, and she went through all the tours they provide, what is good to see in Hoi and and what places she recommended. The facilities were spotless and the location was absolutely brilliant.
