Pefect family holiday in Karon

Location is perfect. Beach is just across the road, market is literally next door. A 10-15 minute walk to the main area where all the other restaurants and shops are. Room was perfect size, lots of space. Pool access was totally worth the extra money as you can just go in and out and watch your kid play in the pool. Layout of the hotel was well thought of. It’s a long-lengthwise property so they placed different types of pools/water park in the middle of the 2 buildings where the rooms are so even when it was busy, the pools never felt too crowded as there were so many areas to go. Kids Club was being renovated so it was temporarily located at the second floor of the restaurant which I first thought would be a bummer but turned out well for my 4 year old who loved going. She would finish her food and ask to go there and my husband and I would be able to have an hour to ourselves to chat while we finished eating. The staff in the kids club was also amazing even if they didn’t have all the facilities set up there. They entertained my child and made a lot of art. Staff was absolutely lovely and helpful. From reception, waiters to room attendants. We go to Phuket often and this is probably my favorite hotel so far. Definitely go back.

Awesome stay! Great for families.

Every single one of the staff were all nice and friendly especially the receptionist staffs! Despite being busy during peak hours, they still smile and greet everyone nicely and was patience. They remembered my birthday and were very accomodating to our change room request to be at the kids pool. Both kids and big pool were amazing! They are also very helpful and Fon was very nice and thoughtful to help us with the plastic bags to help us get through with out flight home as our baby was down with diarrhea and sick. The ladies at the cafe are also very friendly and entertained my other child with the table games. Thank you!!
