Best Villa Style Resort and Location

We had arrive at the resort at 9:00pm, immediately greeted and welcomed to the resort with a smile. Our check in was easy going without any troubles and the welcome tea was a nice touch. While this was happening, our bags were taken care of and loaded into a buggy. We were taken directly to our room, bags dropped in so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The room exceeded expectations, the bed was beautifully made with love heart swan towels with roses, exactly as requested. Room was pre-cooled with air conditioner running before our arrival to make it more comfortable. The lighting throught he resort at night is beautiful to see, very peaceful while providing enough light to see where you are going. The resort is very well kept, very clean and I am going to miss waking up in the morning to the sound of the paths being swept. Many shops and places nearby to eat at that are all walking distance. Entrance straight out on to the beachfront with a foot wash available when returning to the resort. Room service was fantastic and daily room cleaning could be done at times that were best suited to us. Most days we would make our room available for cleaning after 11am and would always be cleaned by end of day. Contant with reception and services was made easy through a phone application that would connect straight through. This was available 24/7. I had requested someone collect a pizza box I had with food in it to be removed and they collected it without hesitation. The breakfast that is provided has plenty on offer and something for everyone. However, it would be nice if there were clearer signs available indicating where stuff is as it is quite spread out through the dinning hall. We didn't notice half the food available until we were walking out. That may have just been our fault though being half asleep. Also, the hot drinks that we had ordered didn't come out correct.

Comfortable, relaxing and fun

We loved our villa -- the facilities like the private plunge pool and outdoor area, villa-only Coconut Pool and large bath were awesome. Both bathroom and room were large, there was a great little outside area shielded from view and the bed was big and comfy. Everything was very clean. Room service was super easy on their app too.
