Great choice if you want to be close to be city centre

We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. Location of the hotel is great, right in the old quarter and you only have to walk 3 minutes to reach the centre and night market. Restaurants and spas right across the street. Although not located in the very busy area, traffic is still quite busy so it is a bit loud if you sleep with your window open. With the windows closed it is okay and I believe the rooms overlooking the other side are more calm. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Also we received a lot of helpful information after booking and on arrival too (airport transport, sim cards, list of attractions). They can arrange tours and tickets for you, although thats pretty much standard in Vietnam. Extremely comfortable beds, clean, good aircon, breakfast was ok. 24hr reception.

Nice hotel in a great location and exceptional hotel staff

Our recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel's localization was exceptional, with easy access to all the must-visit spots in the city, making our exploration of the area a breeze. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. A special mention goes to the hotel manager, Linda, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She organized additional trips for us, which were fantastic and added a unique touch to our visit. The only minor downsides were the limited size of the rooms and the somewhat unreliable Wi-Fi, but these factors hardly impacted our overall satisfaction. The hotel's cleanliness, friendly staff, and Linda's exceptional service truly made our stay wonderful, and we would definitely return in the future.
