I personally chose this hotel as its walking distance to the Tong Shu kai and to town.

Hotel location is good as it's just opposite Tong Shui Kai which you just need to walk across the road. There's Maybank and a convenient store located at the same row. Petrol station is just next to the hotel as well. There are coffee shops and Foh San dim sum shop lots is located behind the hotel. Walking distance to the Ipoh town area such as Lou Wong chicken rice, Funny Mountain and etc.
