Great place to stay in Hanoi

Excellent location. Great customer service, Emma was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, it offered a good variety of food. My husband and I also had dinner at “La nuit” which we recommend. The massage we had at “La maison” was amazing, the service was perfect. It was my birthday, the staff probably found out from our passports and i had a lovely surprise at breakfast time with a beautiful cake.
