Exceptional

I stayed at this hotel with my 4-year-old son, and we both had tears in our eyes when our stay came to an end. The hotel became like a home to us for nearly one week. The staff was wonderful, very helpful, assured that we didn't have to deal with any red tape, but just enjoy our stay. They organized all tours for us, got us great discounts, exchanged dollars, rented a bike with a baby seat for free, and did our laundry at no extra cost... we had a wonderful stay at the Green Tea! Also, one day my cellphone stopped working and the staff helped me buy a new one, organized a discount, a home delivery, and the provider set the cellphone up for me to assure that i would not have to struggle with the setup. I think a 5 star rating is short for this hotel!

Superb

The staff were wonderful. Bich the manager went out of her way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. Within walking distance of the old town with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast and very clean and well maintained property. I highly recommend.
