Good

The staff are super-friendly and the location of the hotel is downtown central, so in the heart of the city and relatively close to the beach and usual city type stores if needed. As old as the rooms looked, they were very clean. Bearing in mind that there aren't that many choices for a hotel in downtown Dumaguete and that this is a budget-type hotel, it was fine for a 2-night stay.
