We had a delightful stay at Au Lac Charner, a beautiful hotel in a great location with extremely helpful staff, great fo

The location was great near the Bitexco building. The decor was classy and the rooms were very nice! The staff was extremely helpful, not only with moving our dates when we had to cancel on short notice due to visa problems, but also in changing our room once we were there. They also assisted us with lots of smaller requests. We loved the rooftop pool and bar! Food and beverages were delicious, and the afternoon tea was an added delight!
