Exceptional

What an incredible stay! We were made to feel so welcome right from when we arrived. We were picked up from the airport for a very reasonable price. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Always happy to answer our questions, make suggestions and help organise transport. Breakfast was incredible, so much food and so delicious. Room was great, exactly what we needed for our first 3 nights in Vietnam. Bed was firm and comfortable, even for my husband who has a bad back. Good location, 5 min walk to beach/ restaurants, lovely places to eat nearby. 15 min car ride to Hoi An. An amazing place to stay. We thorough recommend.

Next door to Paradise

Finally, we are back after three years of Covid-19 restrictions. It is nice to see that An Bang still is the gem it was in 2019. We are a family of four with two boys 14 and 17 years old who this year stayed for more than two weeks at this great and relaxing new hotel. The receptionist, Thu Trinh Trần, speaks fluently English and is very helpful. There are large clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony, a refrigerator, and a very efficient aircon. Breakfast is from a menu with several choices, Asian or Western. Fresh baguette and fruit are served. I particularly loved a three-egg omelet with onion, tomato, and ham while the boys often enjoyed pho. The morning market is only 40 meters away. Here you can buy fresh fruits. Hoi An is easily reached, either with a motorcycle or an inexpensive taxi (150k return). It is a six-minute walk to the beach. When walking down you feel that you are transformed back to the good old days in Greece and Spain before the main tourist influx destroyed its charm. A last note: Most hotels are including pictures of the beach, which in itself is very clean and inviting, in the description of their place. However, NONE of the hotels are on the beach! The beach is very clean and inviting with crystal clear water and white sand. Walking in the direction of Da Nang you can be undisturbed by a totally deserted long stretch of beautiful beach. There are two small restaurants about half an hour walk where you can buy refreshments and a fresh seafood snack if you want.

Eine echte Oase und Geheimtipp

Bestes Frühstück unserer gesamten Reise, liebe und herzliche Familie in der Unterkunft, kostenlose Fahrräder zum Ausleihen (sehr kurze Anreise mit dem Fahrrad nach Hoi An ist super praktisch!), Strandnähe, viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe, sehr geräumiges Zimmer Wir wurden immer wieder zurückkommen!! Eine echte Perle!
