Exceptional

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfiness of the room, that offered great bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the spa downstairs in the hotel, and was given a relaxing massage by the qualified staff. The breakfast, dinner and room service delivered was exceptional both in terms of quality and tastiness. The pool was also a nice addition that allowed for a relaxing time.

Almost Amazing Hotel - Would still recommend

It was worthy of a 4-star hotel, even to European standards, I would say. Location, service, rooms, cleanness, everything great 👍 The facility is also pretty modern, which is nice. You got a very decent bathroom in the rooms, and the breakfast caters to every taste. Also, the best spa I visited in Vietnam is so far.

Very comfortable, quiet, well equipped. Great place!

Views! Super comfy bed, well equipped room with a fridge and jug, toiletries and tea and coffee. Outdoor balcony. Opening window. Good air con. Great location being on the edge of town meaning it was quiet at night but 1min walk to the heart of the madness that is Sa Pa town. Great rainhead shower. Spacious bathroom. Amazing breakfast with huge choice and changing daily, absolutely delicious. Great coffee. Loved the pool with the view. Lovely staff. We would come back any time! Highly recommend this place.
